Analytics and CRMA CRM and GA4 project, and a statistical study of hotel guest satisfaction.

Module project, CRMSoloSet-up, analysis and deck are my own work

CRM and GA4 coursework for Eco Threads, a sustainable fashion brand. I built a HubSpot workflow set-up and analysed GA4 demo data to find a retention and checkout-tracking problem.

GA4 data is a demo dataset. HubSpot contacts are sample data.

  • GA4 analysis of July to December 2025 demo data: channel performance, audience, US against Europe, retention and the checkout funnel
  • HubSpot CRM set-up: contact record, ticket, task, service dashboard, signup form and an email automation workflow
  • Presentation with recommendations: fix checkout tracking, SEO for Europe, local content and customer segments
  • The target numbers in the deck are goals I proposed, not results

HubSpot CRMGoogle Analytics 4

GA4 table of sessions, engagement rate and total revenue by channel group, including organic search, email, paid search and direct
Channel performance in the GA4 demo data: organic search about $224K revenue, email engagement about 73%.

Module project, Data AnalysisTeam of 2I led the analysis

SPSS and Excel on 1,500 hotel guests in four loyalty segments: what links loyalty status, visit reason, spend and satisfaction.

Team of 2. I did most of the analysis.

  • Loyalty segment and reason for visit are linked (chi-square 379.0, df 15, p < .001, n = 1,500)
  • Business is the top reason for Gold (125 of 304) and Platinum (101 of 148). No Status guests mostly come for sports events (227 of 544)
  • Average spend per night is about the same in every segment, 182 to 186 euro, so status does not change spend much
  • Front staff satisfaction has the strongest link with overall satisfaction (r = .506, p < .001). Staff satisfaction explains about 26% of overall satisfaction (R squared = .261)

I'm a third-year Digital Marketing with Analytics student at SETU Carlow. I enjoy the checking side of marketing, such as keyword research before a page is written and reading GA4 reports to find where users drop off.
